I'm searching for a mirror for my hallway at the moment. And as I'm collecting examples a natural selection of my favorites has appeared-they are all here, not one more deserving then the other. All as beautiful as can be, and if I had the opportunity to choose, I wouldn't know witch I would take.
Ovo su prelepa ogledala Spanskog studia La Mamba koje proizvodi Omelette-ed. Poseban detalj su nozice od plute-funkcionalne i lepe.
These are the outstanding mirrors from a Spanish studio La Mamba which that did for Omelette-ed. I especially adore the little cork ends on the legs- functional and beautiful.
Ovo je rad dizajnera(studenta): Dayna Gedney i Neil Botelho. ogledalo + polica. narocito mi je primamljiva jednostavnost ovog ogledala
This is the work of two design students: Dayna Gedney and Neil Botelho. Mirror + a shelf. I'm especially attracted to the simplicity of this mirror.
This is by the fabulous Shin Azumi . This is actually a huge mirror, which has a small wardrobe hiding behind it. In the minimalist tradition of Azumi's design, here too, the straight lines bring the whole mirror to perfection.
I said I didn't have favorites but if Idid, this would be it. There mirrors are the work of a french designer Guillaume Delvigne. The shape is just beautiful, and there's a shelf too. All of it packed so perfecatly into one great product.
And just when you think it can't get any better, there's Nendo with his Splinter collection. These half wooden tubes that unite into one tube with a barely visible joining are really something special.
This is a very cleverly put together self standing mirror, with subtly transition from tubular to half tubular, to to square profile shapes. It's the work of husband and wife Russell Pinch and Oona Bannon
These mirrors are by a Belgian designer Sylvain Willenz for HAY. The shapes are as if they couldn't be any other shape, and the colors too :)
I had the pleasure of seeing this mirror at the Milano furniture fair. It is the work of a swedish designer Lukas Dahlén. I find it to be very elegant. I'm quite in love with this piece.
This is a mirror from Moving Mountains studio, which I only recently discovered. They make all kind of things, but recently ventured into furniture too. The triangular shape of the mirror gives it dynamic, and a fresh look.
And I'll finish with vintage mirrors.
